11th International Conference on Software Reuse

The Organizing Committee of ICSR 2009 invites submissions for tutorial proposals. The purpose of the tutorial program is to provide participants with the opportunity to expand their sofware reuse knowledge and skills. Tutorials may focus on well-established or cutting-edge topics, including (but not limited to) those listed in the CFP.

Proposals for tutorials should be maximum four pages (DOC or PDF) and include the following:

  1. Title, keywords
  2. Length (half or full day)
  3. Presenters, affiliations, contacts (in case of multiple speakers, please indicate the contact person.)
  4. Tutorial description: topics covered, message/value to the audience, references
  5. Intended audience, background
  6. 1-2 paragraph resume of presenters
  7. History of the tutorial (if a similar tutorial was given before by presenters)
  8. Presentation format/method and the technical requirements (beamer, whiteboards, etc.).

Tutorial descriptions will not appear in the ICSR Proceedings, but all speakers can request that any relevant materials be posted to the ICSR 11 web site at http://icsr11.isase.org.

Important Dates

  • Tutorial Proposal Submission Deadline: May 15, 2009  May 22, 2009
  • Notifications of Acceptance: June 26, 2009
  • Tutorials will be held on Sunday: September 27, 2009
