Air Travel

Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD) is located about 20 miles west of Falls Church. The Northern Virginia Center is easily accessible by taking the shuttle bus service (cost is $8 one way) called SuperShuttle from the airport to the West Falls Church Metro station where NVC is located. There are also numerous taxicabs at the airport curb. The cost of taxicab service to NVC is about $35.

Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to our campus. It handles primarily domestic flights and some Canadian flights. It is located in Virginia near Crystal City and can be reached on Metro. The airport has traveler's aid, currency exchange and information desks open daily. Reagan Washington National Airport is on the blue line of the Metro. If you take the blue line to the Rosslyn Station, you would transfer there to the orange line (to Vienna) and get off the Metro at the West Falls Church Station. Take a short 5 minute walk southwest across the Metro parking lot and you will see the Northern Virginia Center.

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is located in Maryland about 50 miles from Falls Church. The Super Shuttle bus service (about $40) operates 24 hours a day between BWI and the drop-off point located at 1517 K Street, N.W., Washington, D.C which is McPherson Square. At K Street you can purchase a metro card (about $1.60 to our building) and catch the Metro train at the McPherson Square station or walk a couple of blocks to the Farragut West Station. Take the Orange Line (Vienna) to the West Falls Church Metro Station. Get off there and take a 5 minute walk (200 or so yards southwest) across the Metro parking lot where you see the Northern Virginia Center.
