The conference registration site is now on-line. It is located at http://www.cpe.vt.edu/reg/icsr. Please read the information below before using the system.

Notes on the Registration System

Student fees have been significantly reduced from last years prices. Please take advantage of this reduction!

Don't forget to register for any workshops or tutorials you wish to attend.  In general, workshops and full-day tutorials are scheduled for Sunday, September 27, and half-day tutorials are scheduled during the afternoon on the last day of the conference, September 30. An exception to this is the tutorial "The Business Case for Software Ruese", which will be held on Sunday afternoon. Note: the tutorial "Managing Software Reuse" has also been moved to Sunday afternoon. You may register for workshops or tutorials without registering for the conference. If you register on or before September 9th, you will be charged the following fees.
  • Full conference: $550
  • Full conference (student): $250
  • Full-day workshop/tutorial: $225
  • Full-day workshop/tutorial (student): $110
  • Half-day workhsop/tutorial: $135
  • Half-day workshop/tutorial (student): $65
After September 9th prices increase considerably. If you register after September 9th or at the door, you will be charged the following fees.
  • Full conference: $700
  • Full conference (student): $350
  • Full-day workshop/tutorial: $350
  • Full-day workshop/tutorial (student): $175
  • Half-day workhsop/tutorial: $200
  • Half-day workshop/tutorial (student): $100
The last day to register on-line is September 18th. After that you will have to register at the conference. If you want to register for something and the on-line system does not allow it, please register using the *.pdf form on the first page of the registration system.

How to Register

  • On the first page of the registration system, click "Step 1 - Register". This will take you to the workshop and tutorial registration page.
  • Indicate the workshops and tutorials you wish to register for and click "Submit". This will take you to the conference registration page.
  • Indicate your conference registration choice by selecting 1 from the drop-down menu next to it. If you wish to purchase an extra banquet ticket, select 1 from its drop-down menu. Click submit, this will take you to the sign-in page.
  • Click "Please create an account". This will take you to the account creation page.
  • Fill in the information and click "Submit". This takes you to the address information page.
  • Fill in your address information. Please make sure you click on the fields that say:
    • Do not share my information with outside organizations.
    • Do not use my information for marketing purposes.
  • Click "Proceed". This will take you to the payment information page, which allows you to pay be credit card. If you need to use another method of payment, please register via the *.pdf form on the first page of the registration system.
